Lover of cosy pubs, the wild coast, a creamy pint, and all the little places that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
After living abroad for three years (mostly baking in the heat in the United Arab Emirates), I realised that missing home was about 90% of my personality. So in January 2025, with zero experience and a brand new iPad, I started doodling on Procreate - little reminders of home that made my heart feel full. Later that year, I moved back to Ireland and decided to share my hobby with you all.
Foirfe means “perfect” in Irish. I learned it from my amazing secondary school Irish teacher, who used it in every second sentence until it became part of my own vocabulary.
Whenever I’d fly home for a visit, step back onto Irish soil, breathe in that fresh Atlantic air and exhale… foirfe. That feeling. That’s what I try to capture in my prints. A little bit of foirfeacht (perfection) for your walls, whether you’re in the motherland or missing her from afar.
